The following is the general process for setting up a new store or migrating your existing store from another ecommerce platform:
After a couple of emails to get the general idea of your project, we’ll have a zero-obligation informational video call to dive a little deeper, and so I can answer any general questions you may have.
If we decide to work together, I’ll send you a contract to review. After signing, I’ll send a document of preliminary information for you to fill out and assets for you to hand over before the official kickoff meeting.
Payment is made in four installments at each of the following project milestones:
- Project Kickoff Call
- Backend store setup and training call
- Frontend store setup and training call
- Launch call, in which we will resolve any open questions, carry out a test order, hand over ownership, and go live!
